The noise level in the hotel was quite loud, especially in the mornings when guests were leaving. Also, the wifi password was difficult to enter for non-Thai speakers, making it challenging to access. Furthermore, the amenities in the room were basic and not luxurious.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and had a great time. The staff were extremely friendly, always offering us hot chocolate and cookies as we passed through the lobby. The rooms were spacious, with comfortable beds and plenty of hot water in the shower. The hotel was located near the main street of town, making it easy to walk to restaurants and shops. We also enjoyed the indoor pool, which was heated and open late.
The walls were a little thin, and we could hear some noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms. The breakfast buffet was a little limited, with mostly sweet pastries and not a lot of fresh fruit or yogurt.
